Ace Guild Rules and FAQ

When joining Ace, you agree on a trial period for a start, as with all other guilds you will get your shot to prove yourself worthy to become a member.

We are players from all around the world but english is the only spoken language in public channels.

You must be available from 19.30-23.00 4 days a week on our raid days Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

You must be very proficient and knowledgeable with your class, as well as WoW in general.

You must always show up prepared, repaired and with full comsumables for each raid. Running short on flasks before raid ends is unacceptable.

You must be able and willing to motivate yourself to learn and master the latest and most challenging encounters

You must be willing to respect other members, policies and methods, as well as our officers' requests. You must also be respectful towards other guilds and players around you. We want Ace members to work towards a polite and friendly atmosphere within the Silvermoon community. Be mature enough to know if you have stepped over the line and don't be afraid to say sorry.

You must have a guild first attitude. Be happy even when other people get loot and look at the benefit for the guild rather than yourself.

Sign up for raids in advance and don't fail to show up. Be in control of your own gametime.

Be able to use ventrilo and relevant addons like boss mods.

Be willing to respec without question if asked for raid purposes.

FAQ

1. How is loot distributed in Ace? We have always used loot council to ensure that loot gets distributed in a way that benefits the guild most. We expect you to understand and respect our loot distribution and not cry over loot. All good things come to those who wait. While on trial do not expect any loot at all. We will use addons to track attendance, punctuality and over all preformance as well as items recieved to make sure we are being fair in the long run. Members and officers are treated equally.

How long is a trial period? Normally about 3 weeks. We expect you to be active and online for every raid during your trial.
After about 3 weeks you will either be promoted to member or your membership will be declined.

Which days do you raid? Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 19.30-23.00. We expect you to be able to raid close to every raid night and to let us know if you for any reason can't make it one night. We do have understanding and respect for RL events, but we appreciate if you can give us advance notice.

Do you run any kind of combatlog parsing? Yes. We will upload combatlogs after each raid to worldoflogs.
